Completing a Miscarriage at Home

Before taking any measures to clean out the uterus, if your still carrying the baby, confirm that the baby has passed by taking your temperature first thing in the morning, moving as little as possible.  Leave the thermometer in your mouth for 5 minutes.  This will give you your basal body temperature.  Pregnant women always measure above 98.6 degrees.  Unless you have a chronic low body temperature due to thyroid problems, which is unusual during pregnancy, you will be able to determine if your body is still maintaining a high temperature, meaning that your baby is still alive.

20 drops of black cohosh tincture +  20 drops blue cohosh tincture in water every hour.

HOW LONG AFTER MISCARRIAGE SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE TRYING AGAIN?

Non evidenced based advice abounds on this topic.  Couples are frequently advised to wait 3 or more months or cycles, but the rationale for this advice is dubious

Reasons for deferring another pregnancy are:
~ The couple feels so traumatized they want to wait to pull things together again.
~ You may want to wait until your blood volume and uterine strength have increased, and also give yourselves adequate time to get healthier in general
