Nevada Vaccine Exemptions
You can exempt yourself or your child from one, some or all the vaccines. The state of Nevada allows for 2 types of exemptions: religious and medical. The U.S. Government allows for philosophical exemption. Here’s how you obtain these 3 exemptions.
Medical: You petition you or your child’s doctor (must be an MD) to write you a signed statement that the person in question is exempt from any particular or all vaccinations. Out of the exemption options, medical exemption is by far the most difficult to obtain. In most cases, the person in question would have had to suffered adverse reactions in order for the MD to be convinced to write you a statement.
Religious: All you need do is hand this signed statement to the party requesting vaccination

The welfare division shall waive the requirements of subsection 1 if the failure to immunize a dependent child is because of a religious belief or medical condition and the recipient submits to the welfare division a written statement of that fact in the manner specified in NRS 432A.240 or 432A.250 for admission to a child care facility.
religion - a strong belief in a supernatural power or powers that control human destiny
religion - A set of rituals, beliefs, and rules based on a specific philosophy
NOTE: the government, and it's entities (including public schools) abides by this definition of religion, hence belonging to an organized or recognized religious institution IS NOT required for religious expemtion. It is a violation of your civil rights and illegal for the school district, company, organization, or government entity to ask you what your religion is or demand a letter from your clergy. Some religions are not recognized by the United States, nor do some have any clergy. However, you are strongly urged to be honest, sincere and genuine in using your religious beliefs for exemption purposes.
Philosophical: All you need do is hand this signed statement to the party requesting vaccination

With all these exemptions, while not required, it is a good idea to get these exemptions notarized. Then you make 3 copies. One for the school/organization requesting innoculation, one for yourself, and the other to be sent by certified mail to the legal department of the school/organization in question. The legal department will take this seriously and advise the school/organization to drop the matter, due to the fact that, is you were “forced” to vaccinate, and experienced an adverse reaction, you have proof that you tried to exempt and they would more likely be held liable and gaining compensation from them would be very likely. In many cases, even after submitting the above exemptions, whoever is requesting the vaccination may still try to refuse you/your child into school, child care, etc. If this is the case, you respectfully hand them the exemptions again with the phone number to your lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, it may behoove you to put a lawyer on retainer for a nominal fee (such as a Pre-Paid Legal type company/lawyer), OR just simply state that you do not accept their arguments and therefore cannot abide by their requests, and show up anyway.
